Nice. :)
One queston, how many charges are used up per day and how many when you use the flaming burst?
Okay, it was kinda two…

Standard rules fromt he IKCG. Flaming Burst is a +2 equivalent and the +1 enhancement makes it a total of a +3 equivalent, so it uses 3 charges per day (page 330 of the IKCG). The Scorching ray from the offensive spell trigger costs 1 charge when activated (under the OST section pg. 328).
This is a basic conversion, so you could easily modify this by adding up to two light hybrid accumulator sockets to the design. Each one would add 450 gp to the price (and the equivalent gp and xp to the cost) and 2 lbs. to the weight. The DCs would go up by +1 for each one added and creation time would go up an extra day per socket added.

Books belong to the DM and not always handy. Thanks for the clarifications! :)

So if you added another two triggers you could control when the +1 effect occurs and when the flame burst is active also right?
Would the Cold (Ice) version of this be the same cost?
Awesome weapon, well done fella.

Yes, you could put two seperate mechanikal triggers, one for the +1 enhancement, one for the flaming burst. I don’t know why you would want them seperate, but you could certainly do it. :)
A cold version would be about the same price… however, there isn’t a cold version of the Scorching Ray spell. There are a couple possibilities though:
1) Ray of Frost: 0-level spell, so replace the Scorching Ray plate with a Ray of Frost plate that is 137.5 gp + 11 xp to create (275 gp price), the conduit would cost 50 gp + 4 XP (100 gp price), and the Offensive Spell Trigger would cost 50 gp + 4 XP (100 gp price).
2) Cone of Cold: 5th level spell, so the plate will cost 12,375 gp + 990 XP (24,750 gp price) at minimum caster level (9th) and the conduiting will cost 500 gp + 40 XP (1000 gp price), and the Offensive Spell Trigger will cost 4,500 gp + 360 XP (9,000 gp price).
Obviously, option 2 is going to severly increase the cost to create and also your chances of permanent hp loss.
