15 1/2 ounce can Chick Peass, drained
3 tablespoons Tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water

Place all ingredients in a blender. Puree until the mixture is transformed into a smooth paste. If the consistency is too thick add more water or add more lemon juice. You can also add as much garlic as you wish.
